All animals participating in TigeraCat Rescues Adoption Program are required to have the following:

If any of the following apply to you, you will not be approved for adoption through TigeraCat Rescues:
- If you want to let your cat go outside unattended (does not apply to barn cats).
- If you can't afford to take an animal to the vet for annual vaccinations, injuries, illnesses, etc. or don't want to.
- If you are a renter with a lease that does not allow pets. (Prior landlord approval is required for all renters).
- If you or any person in your household has a history of domestic abuse, child abuse, or animal abuse/neglect.
- If you are looking for a "gift" for a household other than your own. (You can pay the adoption fee but, the recipient of such a "gift" must complete the application process, and be approved to adopt).

If you'd like us to place a cat/kitten for adoption, please email us the following information:
- Animals age (if unknown, approximate)
- Animal's sex: male/female
- Animal's medical history including vaccinations, medications, injuries, etc. (if known).
- Animal's temperment and any behavioral issues (if known).
- Digital photo(s) of the animal for posting adoption ads.
- Reason why you are putting the animal up for adoption.
- Signed release to TigeraCat Rescues.
**Remember, TigeraCat Rescues does NOT have sheltering facilities. You must keep the cat/kitten yourself or find suitable housing until it is placed in a new home! You can NOT keep the animal outdoors, free-roaming, and unattended if you want TigeraCat Rescues to help you find it a new home.
